Getting Started

The Olympic Weightlifting program at PSP offers all you need to begin in the sport of weightlifting or continue training at a high level. PSP’s Olympic Weightlifting program aims to make training as convenient as possible for the athletes that train with us.  Whether you are a seasoned veteran or looking to get started in the sport for the first time, we have what you need.  We strive to make our facility available to lifters as much as possible in order to work around people’s busy schedules.  We also offer beginner classes, one-on-one coaching, and programming to those in need of it.  Come check out!

Our training hours are split into two categories “Open Hours” and “Scheduled Hours”. If you want to come during “Scheduled Hours” you need to sign up in MindBody for a time slot at least 12 hours prior to the time you are going to train. For “Open Hours,” just sign up for your time slot any time before you arrive.

Open Hours

Monday-Thursday: 9am-9pm
Friday: 9am-7pm
Saturday: 10-12 (No hours Sunday)

Scheduled Hours

Sun: 10am-2pm
Mon/Wed: 6am-9am
Tues/Thurs: n/a
Friday: 6am-9am, 7pm-9pm
Saturday: 12pm-2pm


Drop-In: $10/day
Unlimited: $50/month
Beginner Class: $20/class
