Cupping Therapy is much like the inverse of massage—rather than applying pressure to the muscles, cups are placed on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air. The underlying tissue is raised, or sucked, into the cup which promotes: muscles to loosen, encourages blood flow, sedates the nervous system, enhancea circulation, helps relieve pain, loosens restrictions in your connective tissue and pulls out deep toxins that linger in your body’s tissues. Nomi and Traci are both Certified Cupping Therapists.
Clinical Foot Massage
Stimulate the feet to effect other parts of the body. Massage specific points on the feet will play a huge role in the nervous system of the body. Help eliminate lactic acid, ease symptoms of various ailments and help improve and maintain healthy organ function with clinical massage and essential oils.
We believe with training so hard, we can’t ignore the recovery process. Our therapists collaborate with PSP’s Coaches to prepare the athlete for peak performance. Sessions treat the whole well-being by restoring natural movement, reduce muscle tension, drain away fatigue, relieve swelling, prevent injury and prepare the athlete for pre/post events using variations of pressure to stimulate or relax the muscles at the appropriate time for the event.
Full Body Swedish Massage with your choice of pressure, integrating relaxation with Clinical Massage to heal chronic and acute pain. Modalities including Deep Tissue and Sports Massage.

What is Fascia?
Fascia the the connective tissue of your body, which is critical in all our movements; surrounding every muscle, ligament, tendon, organ, nerve, blood vessel and bone. It aids to our posture and ease of movement, giving muscle their shape and the body its structure. Fascia can become restrictive and dysfunctional through different events in life such as aging, repetitive motion (sports and hobbies) or injury. As a result, this creates structural misalignment.
The good news is fascia is normally elastic, pliable and highly adaptable. It is very responsive to the manipulation required to bring it back to its properly functioning state. By fixing the fascia with Myofascial Release, it will allow the muscles and other structures to move more fluidly amongst one another with little or no friction. As the tissue becomes more balanced, this allows your body to make smooth, flowing, continuous movement possible. This will increase your range of motion, decrease your pain levels and aim to improve your overall quality of function ability.
One of the oldest methods of traditional Chinese medicine. Cupping is much like the inverse of massage: rather than applying pressure to muscles, it uses gentle pressure to pull them upward by placing jars on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air.
The underlying tissue is raised, or sucked, into the cup which promotes
- muscles to loosen
- encourage blood flow
- sedate the nervous system
- enhance circulation
- help relieve pain
- remove “heat”
- pull out deep toxins that linger in your body’s tissues
You usually will feel a tight sensation in the area of the cup. Often, this sensation is relaxing and soothing. Each treatment is unique to you on that particular day. Cupping causes the skin to temporarily turn different shades of red, especially if there is an injury or energetic blockage under the area that was cupped. The skin discoloration can last anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks, but is rarely painful. Once the marks have cleared, the procedure can be repeated until the condition or ailment is resolved.
