Strength and Conditioning Coach

Megan is an experienced strength and conditioning coach, having been in the field since 2006 upon receiving her B.S. in Exercise Science from Ithaca College, her CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Northeastern University in Boston. Megan combines her science and physiology background in every program she designs. Her meticulous programming and application of the science behind sport as it relates to each athlete’s biomechanical and physiological makeup has aided her athletes in receiving collegiate scholarships and countless accolades.

Megan’s extensive research and experience in the field is evident. She worked with the United States Air Force and Army in Colorado Springs, CO and Natick, MA as a research physiologist. The results of her research at both the United States Air Force Academy/ Pike’s Peak Labs in Colorado Springs, CO and the Natick Labs in Massachusetts have been published in the American College of Sports Medicine and other scientific journals. During her time at The United States Air Force Academy she worked with a number of cadets during their physical conditioning testing and training. Additionally, Megan served as the Metabolic Specialist at Aviator Sports in Brooklyn, NY where she worked with NBA draft picks.

Before starting PSP, Megan was a co-founder of Inception in Madison, NJ. Prior Megan worked as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist at the Annex in Chatham, NJ.

Megan is from Cranford, NJ and draws much inspiration from her experiences as a life long athlete. Megan was a member and captain of the varsity field hockey and softball teams at Ithaca College. She attended high school at Mount Saint Mary Academy in Watchung, NJ. There she was a three-sport varsity athlete as well as captain of the field hockey, basketball and softball teams her senior and junior years. Megan holds her CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is also a certified field hockey referee for the state of NJ.

Andrew Borsellino comes to Precision Sports Performance after a year stint at HackensackUMC Fitness and Wellness as the Director of Sports Performance. At HUMC Fitness and Wellness Andrew was in charge of the day to day operations of the Sports Performance Center located at the fitness facility. Prior to HUMC Fitness and Wellness, Andrew was an assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Manhanttanville College and Facility Manger/Coaching Coordinator at ML Strength.

In his role at Manhattanville College, Andrew worked with the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach to manage the strength and conditioning program utilized by all 20 Manhattanville varsity sports. He particularly oversaw programming and management of the Baseball, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Hockey, and Women’s Field Hockey teams.

At Manhattanville, Andrew had stints as an intern at a pair of Division I schools, Iona College and the University of Maryland. At both schools, he helped to instruct, educate and supervise all student-athletes.

He received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Sports Psychology from Ithaca College in 2010 and also earned a Master’s in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania in 2012. Most recently Andrew received his Master’s in Sports Business Management from Manhattanville College.

Strength and Conditioning Coach

Andrew comes to PSP with a strong passion and knowledge of Exercise Science. Andrew holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware and a Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Studies from William Paterson University. He has a strong collegiate strength and conditioning background, previously coaching at University of Delaware, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and Seton Hall University.  He currently competes as an Olympic weightlifter, and has trained and competed in Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  Andrew is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a certified sports performance coach through USA Weightlifting.

Strength and Conditioning Coach

Nick grew up with a passion for playing sports and competition. His passions lead him naturally in to training. He received his degree in Exercise Science: Allied Health Track from Salisbury University in 2014. Nick’s education and athletic background gives him the ability to evaluate and create specific programs to meet each athlete’s goals. From a lifelong athlete to a current coach, Nick now enjoys sharing his knowledge with athletes on and off the field. Aside from being full-time strength coach at PSP, Nick has been an Assistant Coach for the Montville HIgh School’s Baseball program the past two seasons. Nick strives to provide each athlete with a full regimen of strength, speed, mobility, and injury prevention due to his belief that the best athletes are made in the off-season.

While at Salisbury, Nick was a member of Salisbury’s Exercise Science Club and Laboratory for Human Performance. His time with these programs gave him the opportunity to test subjects through various training regimens, recording extensive data about each aspect of the trials. In his senior year, Nick received his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. While at SU and shortly after, Nick worked in part-time and full-time positions within Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation settings including: in-patient, out-patient, and aquatherapy.

Strength and Conditioning Coach

Stefaun grew up in Union, New Jersey and went on to play Division I college football at Bryant University. There he received his bachelors of science. After college, Stefaun played in the Arena Football League where he was able to demonstrate his football and overall athleticism. He continually fuels his passion as a professional athlete to make it to the next level. Despite all his time on the gridiron, he strives to encourage and guide athletes to the best they can be. As PSP’s Football specialist Stef applies his speed and agility knowledge along with his personal experience as a professional athlete to help athletes perform at their individual best. Stef formally trained at the YMCA in Madison and was a group exercise instructor for H.I.I.T at Orange Theory.

Joe Lopez has been an active member of the Physical Education Department at Pope John High School since 2003. He is the head strength and conditioning coach at Pope John High School where he trains over 400 athletes in every sport. He currently serves as the Department Chair, teaches Exercise Science and educates 11th and 12th grade advanced weight training classes.   Joe also holds the distinguished title of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, which requires extensive schooling, practical experience, and continuing education in the field of Exercise Science.

Outside of Pope John, Joe serves as the New Jersey State Director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association, an organization dedicated to bringing the gap between science and athletic performance. In this roll, he has spoken on various topics involving athletic development, injury prevention, and sports performance as it pertains to both high school and college athletes. Most recently he has presented at the NSCA’s New Jersey State Clinic at Rutgers University, The Mid Atlantic Regional Clinic at Temple University, and the Virginia State Conference at Shenandoah University.

Joe has been training high school athletes in both group and private settings for the past decade. Joe’s training style is rooted in his background as an educator. He focuses on teaching athletes to understand how their bodies move, and creates programs that will give them the ability to identify limitations and eventually optimize their performance. As a life long athlete himself, Joe brings not only expertise, but also great passion to this field.

Nomi is a Nationally Certified Clinical Massage Therapist, specializing in Clinical Deep Tissue Sports Massage. Her sessions integrate a holistic and personalized plan of action using Structural Integration, Sophomore Release, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Reiki and Swedish modalities.
NOmi has developed a plan of action to compliment your daily lifestyle by putting alignment and balance back into the mechanics of your workouts/activities and bring awareness of the importance of self care for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

Kevin Jocelyn

Strength and Conditioning Coach

Kevin has been involved in sports his entire life. Born in Port Au Prince, Haiti Kevin moved to NY where he played football and ran track for Ramapo High School.  Kevin went on to play division I football at Delaware State University; after playing two full seasons, he suffered a career ending injury his third year. Kevin saw this as an opportunity to gain experience in the field of exercise science and sports performance. During his time at Delaware State University, he studied exercise science and had a minor in coaching. Kevin spent his senior year interning as a strength and conditioning coach working with multiple teams, including basketball, track and field, lacrosse, and baseball. On top of interning as a strength and conditioning coach, Kevin was also a personal trainer at Delaware State working with the general population. While working as a personal trainer, Kevin successfully completed his American Council on Exercise certification (ACE). Kevin graduated with his bachelors in exercise science. After graduation he interned at Rutgers University where he worked with the football team under head strength and conditioning coach Kenny Parker. Kevin brings a wealth of practical experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to PSP. His passion for athletics and strength and conditioning is evident in his programming and day to day interaction with PSP’s athletes.  Kevin is currently pursuing his certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).
